Welcome to Bare. These terms apply to everyone who visits bareshop.net or buys from us. In these terms, "Bare", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Bare Beauty, and "you" refers to anyone using our website.
By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, along with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our website.
Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
1. Using our website
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
You agree not to use our website or products for anything illegal or unauthorised. You also agree not to:
- Upload or send viruses or any harmful code
- Copy, resell or reproduce any part of our website without our written permission
- Submit false or misleading information
- Harass, abuse or harm others
- Collect other people's personal information
- Scrape, crawl or interfere with the security of our website
We may suspend or refuse access to anyone who breaks these terms.
2. Products
We take care to show our products as accurately as possible, but colours and finishes may look slightly different depending on your screen.
Product descriptions, ingredients and usage information are provided for general guidance. Always read the product packaging before use, and if you have sensitive skin or allergies, we recommend a patch test first. Our content is not medical advice, so please speak to a healthcare professional if you have any concerns.
Some products and limited drops are available in small quantities and may sell out quickly. We may limit how many of an item can be bought per customer or order, and we may discontinue products at any time.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euro (β¬). Prices may change without notice, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify. Card details are always encrypted and are never stored by us.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. We may cancel or limit an order if:
- An item is out of stock
- There's an error in the price or product information
- We suspect fraud or unauthorised activity
- The order appears to be placed for resale
If we cancel an order after payment, we'll let you know by email and issue a full refund.
Please make sure the details you give us, including your email address and delivery address, are accurate and up to date.
5. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Please read it before placing your order.
6. Gift vouchers
Bare gift vouchers are available from β¬10 to β¬100 and can be used on any product in our store. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Errors on our website
Occasionally, our website may contain errors in product descriptions, prices, promotions, availability or delivery information. We reserve the right to correct these at any time, including after an order has been placed. If an error affects your order, we'll contact you before going ahead.
8. Reviews and content you share
If you leave a review, send us feedback or share content with us, you allow us to use, edit and publish it, for example on our website or social media. You agree that anything you submit is your own, is honest, and doesn't contain anything unlawful, offensive or harmful. We may remove any content at our discretion.
9. Third-party links and tools
Our website may include links to other websites or tools provided by third parties. We don't control these and aren't responsible for their content, products or practices, so please review their own terms and policies before using them.

If you break these terms or the law, and this results in a claim against us, you agree to cover any reasonable losses or costs we incur as a result.

All content on our website, including text, images, graphics and logos, belongs to Bare or the relevant brands and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Please don't use it without permission.
14. Ending these terms
These terms apply until either you or we end them. You can stop using our website at any time. If you break these terms, we may suspend or end your access without notice. Any obligations that existed before that point will still apply.
15. General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. If we don't enforce a right under these terms straight away, that doesn't mean we've given it up. These terms, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, make up the full agreement between you and us.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. If you live elsewhere in the EU, you may also benefit from the consumer protection laws of your country.

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. By continuing to use our website after changes are posted, you accept the updated terms.
