At Bare Beauty, we want you to be completely happy with your order. Please take a moment to read our policy before making a purchase.

Returns: We accept returns on a case by case basis. To request a return, you must contact our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this time cannot be guaranteed.

Condition of items: Products must be returned in their original, unopened and unused condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.

Damaged or faulty items: We do not accept returns of products that have been damaged after delivery. If you believe your product has arrived faulty, please contact us within 24 hours with your order number and photos so we can review your case.

Refunds: Once your return is approved and received in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5β10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
