STEP ONE: ENHANCE
Slightly overline outside the upper lip line with Ultra Suede® Sculpting Lip Pencil, focusing on the cupid's bow.
STEP TWO: LIFT
Slightly overline the center of the bottom lip line, then extend the liner upwards to the outer corners moving the liner inside the lip line.
STEP THREE: FILL
Softly diffuse & blend the lip pencil from the corners inward and finish with your favorite shade of Jelly Jar™ Lip & Cheek Balm.
