When will my order arrive?
Orders from the 7.11 Drop will be delivered between the 8th and 9th of November. You’ll receive a message from us the day before delivery with your exact delivery time slot or to let you know when your order is ready for pick-up.

How do I pay?
After submitting your form, we’ll confirm your total and deposit amount via email or DM. Payments can be made through Revolut, BOV Pay, or cash on delivery.

Can I order from any brand?
Yes! That’s exactly what makes our drops special — you can order from any brand, in any shade or variation. This is your chance to shop completely limitlessly.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a small deposit is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance will be paid upon delivery or pick-up.

Can I include multiple products?
Absolutely — feel free to list all the products you’re after. We’ll send you a full breakdown and quote before processing your order.

What about Rhode products?
Rhode is now part of our regular line-up; however, phone cases and products not listed on our website remain pre-order only. These close earlier than other brands — on 24 October — so make sure to submit your order in time!
